It was a great experience. The technician was helpful and conversational through the initial screening and evaluation process. The Dr was thorough and helpful. I felt he listened to my questions and concerns and took them into consideration as we discussed my eye care. Carl was very professional and efficient in getting me set up with a new pair of glasses, and I took them up on the offer for the Buy 1 Get a Second frames at 50% discount they offered. The staff at the desk even helped me as I waffled between Styles and colors of frames. We will be back!

Dr. Ticknor was incredibly thorough during my exam. He took the time to explain everything and made sure nothing was overlooked. The office is well equipped with modern technology, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everyone made me feel welcome and the whole visit ran smoothly :) I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!

I’ve been going here since I was 5 with my family! The staff is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming to conversation! They love what they do, and every time I have to go in I’m greeted with smiles and eagerness to know how I’m doing. Very grateful for Carl and Dr. Neilson and their team for all they do!! I have to say everyone in the office from the front to the back and in between was so kind and welcoming! The doctor she was amazing and funny and made this appointment so easy for my daughter I would recommend 10/10 if your in the area I definitely would go to these wonderful people!!!

Absolutely positively a wonderful experience. Have been bringing my children here and now they are comfortable going on their own. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to Carl the technician to the doctor herself! If you have been looking for an eye doctor look no further. We receive exceptional care every time we go!
