Ellen, Office Manager and Dispensary Team Leader, started with Vision Care Associates (Dr. Friedman) in 1970. She received her CPO (Certified ParaOptometric) certification from the AOA (American Optometric Association) in 2001. CPO requires continuing education hours in several different areas for re-certification every three years.

Carl, Sales Coordinator and Lab Team Leader, started with Vision Care Associated (Dr. Friedman) in 1972. He is well versed in all lens designs and knows exactly what each patient needs. Carl is also the practice’s I.T. (Information Technology) Person, keeping the office running smoothly.

Ana, Front Office Team Leader and Marketing Coordinator, has been with the practice since 2005. She is currently studying to take the CPO certification exam.

Angie, Clinic Team Leader and Patient Care Coordinator, has been with the practice since 2007. She is currently studying to take the CPO certification exam.
